The Forge is our Major specialization. We focus on drop forgings according to the technical specifications (of the product) and customer´s requests. Drop forging is suitable for serial production due to the high precision of the design (of individual pieces). We design and manufacture tools (dies) ourselves. We provide a complete design stage, the technical design of tools and item sampling before the production of forgings from non-ferrous metals (brass, copper, aluminium).
We are able to machine, shape, or mill our forgings from copper and aluminium alloys. We also provide a milling on CNC machines, which is a guarantee of quality cutting without any following machining. We have a separated CNC workplace in the machining hall for the production of components from bar semi-finished products. We also supply smaller series of fittings and small assembly units. We offer production (manufacturing) of final products, including surface finishing.

The tool shop is a place where the Jindra´s know-how is concentrated. The technology department (of the tool shop) develops tools designed primarily for the fulfilment of our own orders, including software simulation (of the behavior) of the material during forging. We have a software and hardware for the development of tools for forging, cutting, machining and stamping. The whole process is certified according to EN ISO 9001: 2015. We produce and test all tools and prototype parts in our company / ourselves, so we can guarantee the (manufacturing) of the products according to the specification.
The quality of our work depends on a stable team of workers, development and modern equipment.
We meet the standards of the quality management system, also the environmental and safety directives guidelines.
