TOOL SHOP

The tool shop focuses on the design, construction and production of tools, the production of prototype parts and tools. CAD / CAM software Unigraphics and Solid Edge are used for design and construction. From 2022 the MAS MCV 1100 vertical milling centre is used for tool production, together with the Röders RPX 500 HSC machining centre. Classic or CNC machine tools are used for our own production.

The tool shop is certified according to EN ISO 9001: 2015. This certification, together with a permanent team of staff and high-quality machinery, guarantees high quality production.

The main scope of activities of the Tool shop includes design, construction and production of:

• tools for die forging
• tools for trimming, cutting, bending and stamping
• preparations of all kinds (mounting, test, stitching, bending, etc.)
• tools for stamping and stamping of logos, inscriptions, marks
• tooling and clamping tools for chip machining
• molds for injection molding, production of molds
• graphite electrodes according to customer requirements (in this case it is possible to use customer data or create our own ones)
• piece and small-series machine parts and units

The tool shop has sufficient production capacity to meet the needs of the parent company as well as external requirements.

Projection and development

Our Technical Department is equipped with all the tools and systems we need to provide our technology technologists with tools for forging, trimming and machining.

The department also uses the FORGE program to simulate material flow in the die forging.
